Centurion Solutions was selected to design and deliver nine separate county Medical Countermeasure full scale exercises for the Florida Department of Health, Region V.  The exercises will be compliant with both HSEEP and Public Health Preparedness Capabilities provide the opportunity to assess individual and collective tasks necessary to conduct alert, activation, and mass prophylaxis operations.  Planning and exercise design is underway, with exercises to be conducted in late March/early April 2018.

Centurion Solutions assisted the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) in the development and conduct of a System wide Safety Conference held in Versailles, KY.  Attended by representatives from each of KCTCS’ 16 colleges, the two-day conference focused on numerous preparedness, safety and security topics.  Centurion Solutions provided an overview of their new Emergency Operations Plans as well as conducted training on how to develop a multi-year training and exercise planning program, preventing workplace violence, active shooter response and senior official responsibilities (FEMA G-367 course).

Centurion Solutions is pleased to announce that The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) Board of Directors of Region 8 Education Service Center has awarded us a three-year contract to provide for consulting and other related service.  

Centurion Solutions was awarded a contract to design and deliver a Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan for the Granite School District.   The Granite School District spreads across central Salt Lake County, Utah, has over 67,000 students enrolled ranging from kindergarten to twelfth grade. It operates 8 high schools, 16 junior high schools, 62 elementary schools, as well as several specialty schools, and is the second largest school district in the state of Utah.  The project is underway, and scheduled for completion by June 2018.

Centurion Solutions is pleased to welcome Hayley Cmajdalka to Team Centurion as our Marketing Communications Specialist.  Hayley is a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut, with a degree in Communications.

As one of Baylor University’s preparedness partners, Centurion Solutions helped design and run a day long training and readiness Field Day for the University’s Building Emergency Coordinators (BEC). The BEC program was established to coordinate emergency planning and preparedness efforts among Baylor University buildings.  With over 300 BECs assigned across campus, we provided items necessary to assist them in their duties in case of an emergency, as well as training on such subjects as Active Shooter, CPR/AED, fire extinguisher use, and Stop-the-Bleed.
